I was thinking about that this morning. Amazon IS a HUGE American success

story, and I love that not only can I buy almost anything, but in some cases instead of having to choose from the 2 items that the appropriate store will stock, I can choose from 60, with reviews and notes and Q&A's, etc.

But, while Amazon has CLEARLY earned their pre-eminence, does it actually make them any less of a (potential) monopoly? I don't think they're at 'monopoly' point yet, but I'd readily admit that someone arguing against that belief could make some good points. I can certainly see them going further in that direction. So yeah, anti-trust laws can certainly come into play at some point.
