Small portion of the total retail market. No ones clamoring to break up Walmart and they sell more than amazon does.

Amazons decision to allow outside vendors to me mitigates the monopoly threat. And thank goodness they exist now. Had this pandemic hit 15 years ago we’d be hard pressed to get the stuff we need.

I also have the option of buying elsewhere. There isn’t much on Amazon I can’t find elsewhere if I choose to.
