Ugh. Brutal leg workout this morning.


Did squats for the first time in five months, but didn't go extremely heavy because of the main workout of the day. Leg press. Start with one 45 on each side and do 15 reps. Add a 45 to each side and do 20 reps. Add another 45 to each side and do 25 reps. Etc. All the way up to 35 reps.

I think a woman must have invented that workout. Only a woman could be that cruel.
