Oh, I would never hurt someone's pet just because it was annoying

it would have to actually bite me for me to do any harm to it, and I don't see that happening. She will bark up a storm, but will never get within 5 ft of you while doing it.

And yeah, I'm well aware badly behaving dogs are much like badly behaving children. Not their fault at all. They only do what they are allowed to get away with.
