Late to this thread, but had to add...


Sully definitely went through a lot after the injury, and weight came into play too: imagine how hard it is to drop weight when you can't move well on one leg. But despite his personal struggles and fall from elite rankings, which had to be tough on him emotionally, he remained a positive presence in the program, urging others on even when he couldn't compete. Very classy young man.
