Departed included 2 starters hitting usually 8th or 9th in the Batting order. They were good div1 players. Coaching staff challenge ( so far successful) is to develop/improve highly touted incoming , and /or existing players. Don’t see a drop off in pitching performance from All American JR RHP Rochard and forecast a continuing improvement from FR RHP Hewitt. VA player of the year FR RHP Mac Osborne will challenge for Innings. 2 time FL Player of the year incoming freshman SS Cameron Fagan should fit right in. After researching new coach Michael Lewis, found out this young man has just about the best resume/rep you can imagine at his young age. Team better or worse? Have to play a season first.....
