Of the ones I've seen when going to pick up food in town, they generally are not wearing masks and traveling in large groups (meaning they don't all live together and probably have a large social circle currently). This is with a very small sample size of students over the summer.

Yes, I do understand I'm in town very little, and that I could just be seeing the very few irresponsible folks in town. But I like the idea of tighter restrictions to start.
