First bike ride in 1 1/2 months 7.6 miles (boring)

milk run to grocery store round trip, not much but can add up doing it a couple times a week.

Last bike trip was June 24-25 on the C&O canal did 59.90 miles (thanks Strava) with an elevation gain of exactly 200 feet. My little trip today elevation gain was 261 feet. Surprised how "flat" the C&O canal is and by inference the Potomac river in that area from Cumberland MD to the Paw Paw tunnel. I would have thought being that close to the eastern continental divide would be the steepest. Something of a plateau I guess.

At the time those Strava rides did not show up, figured no connectivity or something and only today I finally saw them, guess it had to be somewhere it could download the maps.

Anyway, felt good, been exercising a lot but not on a bike. Favorite picture this year, I'll post again. In Cumberland.
