Sorry to hear that. I don't think chewing out people works.

I will probably get lambasted for being soft but I have found that criticizing people does not accomplish anything. I try to ask people what can I do to help you solve a problem. I will say a prayer for your peers. Times are stressful enough right now. Hang in there!
