mindset as never re-racking weights at the gym...Some people think that if they pay, it is not their responsibility to do ANYTHING (either on the golf course OR in the gym).

It is thoughtless and rude, but it'll never change in either place. Some people should just NOT be allowed out in public (except perhaps to Walmart)
