I ship a lot through FedEx. They’ve suspended guarantees.


About 2 months ago we shipped a part overnight @ approximately $125. Regular ground 3-4 days would have been approximately $20.

Took 5 days to get there. They refused to lower the price when I called to ask for a refund. Don’t think it had anything to do with Covid either.

Just piss poor customer service. I ate the $100 & credited the customer the difference.

However, for the most part they’ve been on time with express, ground & freight. Even a few overnight Saturday deliveries in there. We just now advise customers needing overnight that shipping is non-refundable.
