I remember a cartoon in Mad, or Cracked, or similar. It shows a guy on

a motorcycle, looking at his watch. It's getting close to 5, and he's in heavy NYC traffic.

He pulls out a gun, gets the motorcycle going, rides the sidewalk, weaves in and out of traffic, shooting anyone in his way.

He parks in front of an office building, stalks in, gun still drawn. Shoots a few more people so he can get on the elevator.

Up to a high floor. Approaches a receptionist menacingly. She's cowering.

He pulls out a package and lays it on her desk. He says "Signature Please". The package is labelled "Federal Excess, Guaranteed 5 PM Next Day Delivery."

I did a 3 minute google search, but I couldn't find it.
