Knee pain question, back of the knee pain

So I was walking on the treadmill yesterday, and I didn't feel a pop or anything of sorts, but it started to get tight, and eventually the pain increased to where I thought I should stop after 30 minutes. I stretch afterwards, ans sit down. After about an hour I got up and my leg would not bend, the knee was practically locked and I had to walk with it straight. It's better today, but still hard to bend without pain, thoughts on what this injury could be? Anyone else experience this? Please let me know if this is something you think is going on? Thanks

Amputate, Drink Heavily and Buying a MAC are not cures for this at the moment
