Does anyone know how much it costs to screen a movie each time?

For instance, what might the licensing fees be for the movie? What might it cost for the electricity to screen it one time? Just wondering if it would ever be feasible to rent the theater per showing. Then, a group, like a family, could rent the theater for their own viewing of a new movie. I've hear of some small mom-n-pop theaters doing that. Just wondering if the model works.

Or, put some seating in the middle of a theater and let people hook up their own media to the screen/sound system and play their own stuff. (could it get rid of licensing fees?) I would love to Show my kids RAD for the first time on the big screen.
