After months of not using my rower, I hopped on and rowed a 10k the other
day and a 2k yesterday.
10k in 38:00 min for 1.54/500m splits.
2k in 6:54 for 1:43.5/500 spits.
That 2k was TOUGH. I was warned it would be.. and they were right.
Both of those times are in the 90th percentile for recorded rows this year. I'm kinda curious about what I could do if I took a couple months and trained for it. For those of you who haven't rowed, it is much tougher than you would think. I was shocked the first time I hopped on one.
Are you rowing? What kinda times do you get and what training schedule do you use?
