I was a track team thrower guy. Never knew about rowing until I tried a stint at the local Crossfit gym. My workouts consist of random p90x videos and 20-30 min rides on a recumbent stationary bike. I need to be more consistent, though. Do you get your WODs from the crossfit website? I haven't tried that route yet.
