Spot on. I built a deck back in Aug/Sep which apparently was the worst

time in human history to build a deck. Not only were the prices high but the quality of the wood was horrendous even by big box standards. Each trip to Lowes I had to spend 30-45 minutes going through their entire inventory of PT wood looking for the least warped and knotted boards. And even then I was forced to take some real dogs.
