My county’s major industry is lumber. Times are good here. Loggers are busy

Lumber mills are wide open 24/7 to keep up with demand. Patient of mine that is in charge of intake from logging crews said it’s shocking what prices are right now. Has a way of leveling out eventually. When prices are high more landowners decide to cut timber increasing supply and moderating prices.
