Love the rowing machine! I don’t have a fancy smancy rower. I have one
With mechanical arms attached to hydraulic pistons but it gives a great all body workout. I crank up some good music and do a set of 50 regular rows with an overhand grip. Then do 50 with an underhand grip giving a “ curl” type exercise for arms while still working the legs. Then I do a set of 50 alternating arms for a swimming type motion.... really hits the abs and oblique muscles. Then I actually turn around on the machine and do 50 “press” type pushes while stationary on the seat... kicks you ass by engaging you core and giving a bench press type work.
My workout is 4 sets of those 4 “ motions” with 50 reps of each motion per set.
Great workout! The machine folds down and sits against wall in my closet.
