I run an RX-580 in Ubuntu 19.10 (IIRC) with no issue


I'll poke around to try to see which drivers, kernel version, etc. I'm using later today.

It may be that the Linux Mint repository has an older, problematic version of the driver and that going direct to AMD will be more successful.
