I only have personal experience with Window World.
We had all of our windows replaced by Window World of Richmond about 12 years ago. They showed up on time and completed the job in one day, and their crew was courteous and seemed to do a good job. The windows are not the fanciest thing you can buy, but they fit perfectly with our house. If you live in a ritzy mansion, Anderson may have a product that better matches your home. But for our 44-year old (at the time) 1,600 SF ranch home, they were a good match. 12 years later, we haven't had any problems. Supposedly Window World has a "lifetime warranty", which includes glass breakage (even from things like a child throwing a ball through the glass) and is transferrable, but we have never tried to file a warranty claim, so I can't speak to the validity of the warranty. Price-wise, I think we paid between $300-$400/window (before the government energy-efficient subsidy program that was available at the time) for the windows and new vinyl-clad metal trim wrap over the existing exterior casing.
I am a former construction superintendent and am admittedly extremely picky and difficult to please, but I thought Window World did a good job.
