I have had very few problems with UPS but USPS is a disaster for sure ...

which is exactly why they aren't part of the plan. Also, in fairness, UPS/FedEx are absolutely slammed right now between COVID and holiday shopping. I still think they will handle vaccine distribution fine though - they have the refrigeration capabilities and the overall volume of the load is relatively low. Plus, as shown in the clip, this is both a function of time and destination so it isn't like all doses are going to the same place at the same time.
