of property (donuts on a baseball field). That being charged as a felony was ridiculous and I ended up being convicted of a misdemeanor. Note: not excusing my actions at all, definitely deserved the arrest and the misdemeanor but the total damage came nowhere near a felony and I fixed it myself. Charged with two other misdemeanors, one stuck and one didn't. The one that didn't was my amazing drunk in public (while sober) arrest in Virginia Beach. I know I've shared that one on here, that's my favorite arrest and ended with the judge laughing at the cop's testimony because it was so absurd. I might be one of the few people that have requested a breathalyzer multiple times to prove sobriety, only to be denied each time. I believe the words "that's absolutely no reason to arrest someone" were said by the judge right before turning to me and telling me I was free to go. I represented myself in that one.

The two misdemeanors on my record I deserved. I was a bit of a shiRt between the ages of 20-22.
