I picked up a parking ticket in Blacksburg for parking while...


...pointing the wrong way on the street in front of my apartment. I lived on a street with no through traffic...only the residents of the apartments drove on it.

It turned out to be the most expensive parking ticket in Blacksburg. Still POed today...lol
