in the late 70s or early 80s in the 'burg to assist engineers in writing a users manual for early models of a motion-detector security system (Terminus at Poly-Scientific). The engineers had written a draft but no one in the facility other than those who wrote it could figure out how to use the product based on the engineers' version. I met with that team for several hours to learn how it worked so I could put it all in English, but they were so resistant to having me there I finally left.

After TSO and I tried the manual that came with the gun vaults on three runs-through, we googled a video and then did it. The written instructions are unclear.
