Any electricians or handy guys that know how to change this light bulb?

This is our shower light bulb. We have another that needs a bulb changed. Yesterday I finally went in to change it and the whole thing came out. Couldn’t figure out how to (1) open the cover and get in to change the light bulb or if (2) I need to replace that whole thing in the photo for a new light. Not very intuitive. But then again, I’ve never dealt with a light like this.
