Booster clubs are an arm of the school. Those funds raised belong to the school.

The only school in the country that MIGHT have access to some of that could be Blacksburg, through the Blacksburg Sports Club. They're probably disconnected from the school just enough to pull it off. No such organizations exist for CHS, AHS, or EMHS....

And anyway, any such organization around here is dealing with their own funding problems. Fundraising is in the terlet in the age of COVID.
