company vendors all using the same software I do. I've also had my boss comment that the picture and arrows were all jacked up in his copy of an email I sent to a vendor.

It's not consistent...sometimes MS Outlook just decides to scramble images. Heck, it could be as simple as it's moving things around based on how large a window you have open and it is trying to auto-size the images to fit. Which is fine, I just want the drawn arrows and the inserted picture to resize and move as a group instead of independently.

I can do what I need by creating a new image in PowerPoint, but that just is an extra (and what should be unnecessary) step that takes time.
