I had a behind the grill version for my old 240z back in my


tech days. Never got a ticket in VA. It was very effective and gave a lot of warning. My experience in VA was the patrol cars seemed to rely on the fact most people would not have them. If you went into another state where they were legal to use, they were a lot sneakier. I got a ticket in NC because they were using VASCAR which doesn't rely on radar.
