figure out how to double of triple it by NOT spending stupidly, Of them, 5% would figure out what the other 2/3's were blowing it on, and get the means of production and become fabulously wealthy

Then the 2/3's would bitch about the other 1/3 (and especially the 5%) and push for a REredistribution..
