The process of turning "wealth" distributable would destroy it


Wealth exists on paper and is primarily a tool to create more wealth. It would have to be converted into something spendable to be distributed, the process of which would make it valueless.

Bottom line, complete anarchy in weeks as all incentive to create value is removed and society crumbles as there is nothing to buy (or eat) because there is no incentive or capital to produce it.
