the Nationals?

Again, I have a hard time understanding any of this, for a while Angelos was getting the rights to broadcast the Nats game at bargain basement rates, from what little I've been reading those get negotiated every five years but that is? or isn't? been happening. Could the someone else ever get the rights to broadcast the Nats? Lot of discussion which, again, Idon't understand.
