Depends on what type of HP or Lenovo you buy. They both make


business and consumer class. The Consumer class usually is more "plasticy". Not as good of warranty for a reason. If you go to their sites click on the business PC when you look for models.
I only sell the business PC models and both HP & Lenovo have been good partners with very few lemons. I own an HP desktop, HP Laptop and Lenovo Laptop. Love the Lenovo Laptop (YogaX1 carbon).
