A lot of potential variables involved


Beginning with where you live and the specific entity that provides your electricity. But the weather probably is the single biggest factor.

I'm seeing lower bills primarily as a result of the relatively mild temperature extremes. But I'm also served by a municipal power company that has been able to reduce a lot of its operating costs and transfer those savings to customers.
