In lieu of attending next week's HOA Annual budget meeting, I sent this -

Attached please find our ballots for new Board of Directors and the Revised 2021 Budget Ratification.

We will be unable to attend the Annual Zoom Meeting with Budget Ratification scheduled for 6:30pm February 16, 2021. Our “No” decision on the Budget is based on the following increases:

Administration Expenses
5060 - Management Fees increase from $40,032.00 to $97,748.00
5072 – Postage & Supplies increase from $5,000.00 to $10,549.57

Grounds Expenses
5756 – Landscape Special Services increase from $48,340.00 to $64,362.12

If we’d been able to attend the Zoom meeting, we’d have expected a full accounting for and explanation of these increases.
