My dad is eligible, signed up but will likely never get the shot


He doesn't answer his phone....like ever...if it's a number he doesn't recognize. The news said the call center will be a random number that looks like a b.s. call. He says if it's important they leave a message. I told him they would likely not. He doesn't seem to care.
