But only at pools and aquatic facilities, indoor and outdoor. It's utterly ridiculous. Apparently the USA Swimming protocols that have been proven safe across the country are not good enough.

Also in Arlington County, the majority of people are wearing masks running, biking, and walking alone on the bike trails outdoors. Can't make this up.
