Kid calls last night late.
In panic because she lost family credit card - I told her no biggie.

Went online to report card lost - logged in ok but needed an 2nd authentication code to report lost card :/ didn't have my cell phone with me to get access code so had CC company autocall house - first call doesn't work - 2nd call works but auto call gives a forever spiel to even get the code - "Hello, this is blah blah we are calling your because you requested a verification code .blah blah" - I had to press multiple numbers just to get the firckin' code!
Continue online and go through steps to report lost card - get through a few steps and then website goes to a generic page - did my request go through or crappy website?

Having no clue if my online request went through I call them (big mistake) - took me 20 mins before talking to a jimmy. Then since I didn't have my cell phone or my credit card (in car outside) - took forever for jimmy to confirm I was me. :/
Then Jimmy says "Yep, looks like your online request didn't fully go through". Talking to him, then gets quiet and then I hear a click. Fudge.

So, go back online and go through the steps and it finally works. :/

What should've taken 5 mins took an hour. :/
