Normally I would agree with you but I just had a fantastic call with


Comcast. Yes, Comcast. I noticed on my parents bill they were paying for the Playboy Channel, and a bunch of other packages they would never watch. They're 95 and 91. So I called and pretended to be my dad, made a bunch of mods on his service (added the Sports Entertainment package for TCM), got the internet speed increased by a factor of 4, have all new equipment coming, and saved him $40/month. Worked with Jackie from Connecticut and it only took 20-30 minutes. Very pleasant experience.
