Hilton Head, SC Recommendations

The fam and I are heading to Hilton Head next week for a much needed respite. Never been there, so I'm looking for recommendations for things to do, places to check out, restaurants, etc. Family friendly (we have a 10, 8 and 5 year old) as well as nice places for just the wife and myself would be appreciated.
