Tractor trailer info?


Do you have all the info on the tractor trailer that cut you off? Did it make contact with your car? If you're considering taking action against the tractor trailer for property damage or injuries you likely will need a lawyer. NC is a contributory negligence state....which means that if you contributed to the accident 1%, your claim could be denied by the other insurance company.
