The company that built our house in 2017 for just under $400,000 is now


building less than 3 miles away in another subdivision for nearly $700,000.
When we discussed building with them they told us about the new planned subdivision and what the lots would be like (offering more options for one-level houses) we thought about holding off and waiting until they started building there to move. But they told us not to wait because by the time they built those, the cost would be nearly double. They were right.
