Mostly, we build stuff. (TIC)

We do multiple types of commercial work, but predominantly office tenant upfits/build-outs. However, we have also done retail, food service, financial services, medical, and now we are starting to dip our toes into multifamily work a bit more, and all of those have been in the form of both remodels and ground-up. We try to be nimble so that we can go after whatever part(s) of the market is/are hot.
