Since there's never been any concrete evidence, but other coaches have voiced their opinions about him openly.

It isn't that hard to pay guys without the incompetent NCAA knowing, and Baylor boosters are at the front of the first to cheat line. It's amazing that people actually get caught with some of this stuff.
