To be fair

the players that go to the Starz are already good. They just play against good competition and of course playing with other good players helps. There are little to no practices. We played with them for 4 years and had maybe 2 actual practices. The coach is smart and knows how to deal with players but his real strength is the college connections he has developed. These teams sort of run themselves.
