Don't disagree with that....but that's basically comparing....


...the odds that I definitely get COVID and then die vs. the odds that I die of a COVID vaccine complication. I'm looking more at it as: what are the odds that I even contract COVID in the first place and then also die from it vs. that I voluntarily get vaccinated and have a severe complication? (not just that I could die) As I mentioned yesterday, my daughter already had COVID, slept in the bed with me during her most symptomatic day (before she was diagnosed), and I didn't get sick. Perhaps I already had COVID prior to that, or perhaps some people have some kind of natural immunity. It doesn't make any sense to me, but it did make me think differently about the inevitability that I had previously accepted that, at some point, I would get COVID. Who knows. I just keep coming back to my stance that we should let everyone do what they think is best for them and it will work itself out in the long run.
