No, once you are verified as a bidder, your cc number disappears

For this particular auction, the credit card is simply used to verify that you're a person and not a bot.

If you were to decide to pay with a credit card at the end of the auction, you would need to provide the number, as there is no record of it anywhere.

Candidly, that's a little bit different process that what the auction company normally does, but in this case, I was confident that no one would leave us holding the bag.
