I hope you indicated on your 2020 tax return input that you had not

received the stimulus payments. The payments you were entitled to should have shown up on page 2 line 30 of your 2020 1040 and would be included with your refund (or applied to taxes due) for 2020. Otherwise you may not see the stimulus payments. Word is the IRS will not make the payments (even if you are entitled to them) if you don't claim them on your return. They will however stop payment of any claimed stimulus amounts they determine have already been paid.
