Id take Aluma over Blackshear, Mutts over Outlaw. .

Youre right on Robinson and NAW though. Hill and Radford are a toss-up they both do things on both ends of the floor well...just differently

Basketball is a 2-way sport. Outlaw was a horsesh*t defender, quite possibly the worst defender of any contributing player in the 2000s. Blackshear was a little above that, but fouled a lot because he was limited athletically and out of position.

Aluma and Mutts both get it done on both ends and are both capable of scoring just as many points as Outlaw and Blackshear.

This VT blows the previous team out of the water in depth however. If we were to rank the players in terms of depth on both teams itd go like this

2018

1) NAW
2) Jrob
3) Blackshear
4) Hill
5) Outlaw
6) Bede
7) Wilkins
8) Horne
9) Kabongo
10) Palmer (walk-on)

2021

1) Aluma
2) Radford
3) Murphy
4) Mutts
5) Cattoor
6) Alleyne
7) Durr
8) N'Guessan
9) Maddox
10) Pedulla
11) Ojiako
12) Haynes

This is all before the 13th scholarship is added...if its an impact transfer, you could see the whole list move down...even ifnits just Bede coming back is Bede the 6th best player on this team? 4 years later? Thats a lot of depth.

This 2021 team is way better
