Reported # is way low and this is similar to the Spanish Flu for them

They are not testing anywhere close to the amount of people contracting as the do not have the infrastructure. When the Spanish Flu hit ~100 years ago they had a massive second wave of infection and of the 50 million people who died, almost a third were Indian.

Modi has really failed the people in so many ways.
